non fat caramel mocha-about 3/4 of a sz small
Chex mix-several handfulls (exactly how much is several handfulls? well, it's several handfulls)
unsweet tea-giant :)
cocoa roasted almonds-small pkg
Stew-regular bowl
coke
3 snack size snickers
I'm trying to get back to posting everyday.
my back is starting to feel better and Blake seems to be starting to get over his RSV so hopefully bike riding and eating better will be sooner rather than later!

Ok, I didn't actually return when I said I would. Actually maybe I did...I can't remember. If you follow my other blog, you will know why things have not been updated here. I'm annoyed with myself. But, it is what it is. I have NOT been eating well, exercising at all, or reading my book. Hopefully Monday morning will get me back on track!
Breakfast bar
unsweet tea
cotton candy-half a bag
peanuts-handful
popcorn-2 or 3 handfuls
coke
(Ok, this was all the Circus we attended today)
Hushpuppies-about 6
steak-filet-all of it minus about 5 bites
baked potato w/ butter and sour cream
salad-small with ranch dressing
corn-small cob
coke
And I just have to add, that the steak was delicious, super delicious.

Ok, I know I haven't been logging/posting. This past week has been absolutely CRAZY. I have been so exhausted, I haven't even considered updating my blogs. The only reason I am doing this post (and forcing myself I might add, because I'm STILL exhausted and having a crazy week) is to let you know I am still going to be posting here...I am going to start back up over the weekend! :) God Bless!

Non fat Caramel Mocha-small

tuna sandwich (on white)
hot cheetos
guacamole
chicken pot pie-2 servings
green beans
grape juice
burger-meat/bread only
fries-1/2 of a small order
unsweet tea
Better today, than yesterday...but I'm pretty sure that was 4 meals. I actually would like to eat several really small meals a day, I've read that's best for your metabolism...but don't think this counts towards that. I did resist some more coffee and some ice cream...

Ok, so I didn't post last night because I was out late with a sick kid @ the doctor's office. Boo. I guess I will need to do it twice today. Last night, I was exhausted and stressed, and let my dinner take care of those emotions, except it didn't really take care of it. I am posting this, but I REALLY don't want to, and would prefer if you just wouldn't even read any further...seriously. I'm not a naturally/or even at all organized person, so planning ahead isn't always easy for me. I know from last night, though, that meals should be planned ahead, that way you don't grab some "last minute crap", which is usually horrible-for-you-fastfood. Anyway, here goes yesterday's intake :)
Non Fat Mexican mocha-small
Kashi cereal with banana
Jr burger w/ mustard only
tater tots-half the order
and 3 drinks of David's coke LOL
graham craker with chocolate covered on one side
2 chicken strips
2 jalapeno poppers
egg roll
2 cheese sticks
mini funnel cake
unsweet tea
(I told you I let my emotions order for me...this was a heart attack in a sack...I'm working on it!)

4 cinnamon donuts (the small kind that come in a bag @ gro store)..as if small kind makes it sound much better!
Leftover chicken and rice-2 bowls
coke
graham cracker w/chocolate on one side
unsweet tea
Grilled Gouda cheese sandwich-1/2 of one
Leftover chkn & rice...again-regular bowl (and I can't tell you how bad I wanted to not put this 3rd bowl of chicken and rice for the day down...may sound silly but I struggled with being honest about this...but I'm pressing on)

chips w/ guacamole-only a few...and only because that's all that was left, thank GOD!
*I want to mention I am drinking some water throughout the day but I'm not keeping up with it, if I start to drink a significant amt then I'll start including it
Also, I don't know what is up with sodas lately...I usually only drink about 2 per week...and I've been wanting one or two a day...that HAS to stop...eek!
