Ok, so I didn't post last night because I was out late with a sick kid @ the doctor's office. Boo. I guess I will need to do it twice today. Last night, I was exhausted and stressed, and let my dinner take care of those emotions, except it didn't really take care of it. I am posting this, but I REALLY don't want to, and would prefer if you just wouldn't even read any further...seriously. I'm not a naturally/or even at all organized person, so planning ahead isn't always easy for me. I know from last night, though, that meals should be planned ahead, that way you don't grab some "last minute crap", which is usually horrible-for-you-fastfood. Anyway, here goes yesterday's intake :)
Non Fat Mexican mocha-small
Kashi cereal with banana
Jr burger w/ mustard only
tater tots-half the order
and 3 drinks of David's coke LOL
graham craker with chocolate covered on one side
2 chicken strips
2 jalapeno poppers
egg roll
2 cheese sticks
mini funnel cake
unsweet tea
(I told you I let my emotions order for me...this was a heart attack in a sack...I'm working on it!)
