Non fat Mexican mocha-small
4 cinnamon donuts (the small kind that come in a bag @ gro store)..as if small kind makes it sound much better!

Leftover chicken and rice-2 bowls
coke

graham cracker w/chocolate on one side
unsweet tea

Grilled Gouda cheese sandwich-1/2 of one
Leftover chkn & rice...again-regular bowl (and I can't tell you how bad I wanted to not put this 3rd bowl of chicken and rice for the day down...may sound silly but I struggled with being honest about this...but I'm pressing on)
coke

chips w/ guacamole-only a few...and only because that's all that was left, thank GOD!


*I want to mention I am drinking some water throughout the day but I'm not keeping up with it, if I start to drink a significant amt then I'll start including it
Also, I don't know what is up with sodas lately...I usually only drink about 2 per week...and I've been wanting one or two a day...that HAS to stop...eek!

had a pain on my left side under my rib cage today, that hurt worse with deep breaths

today was better than yesterday, eating wise, even if it wasn't great...wondering how I can get myself to eating a few more small meals a day instead of larger meals less times a day...very hard to do. Going to spend some time in prayer tonight asking God to help me desire a healthier lifestyle.

Also, I have had stomach pain on the right side most of the day.

Tacos with chicken, cilantro and onion-two

chips and salsa (too many to count)

Mexican Mocha frappe-medium (yes, from the same coffe shop)

Pepperoni pizza-two slices
apple juice


I want to quit the coffee, at least the fancy, calorie coffee. I did while I was pregnant. But, here I am again. I don't know how to quit because quite frankly, it tastes better than food and it gives me energy that I am severely lacking.
